License Agreement

USE OF THE TYMAX SYSTEMS BLUEBELL SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Copies of this package can be made provided that the software is in its as originally distributed form . Redistribution, must be free of charges other than those which cover the cost of distribution i.e you cannot distribute copies of BlueBell for profit. Where the intent is to distribute BlueBell on permanent storage medium, such as CDRom, written permission must first be obtained from the copyright owner of BlueBell namely Tymax Systems. Email enquiries should be directed to enquiries@tymax.com.

The BlueBell software package is a copyrighted product. You agree not to alter, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer BlueBell for any purpose. Redistribution or resale is allowed only under the conditions specified above in this agreement or by express permission from Tymax Systems. Copying this software for any other purpose is a violation of UK/US copyright laws and other international treaties.

Tymax Systems wishes to thank all the Contributing Authors and Group 42, Inc for allowing us to use parts of their PNG Library in BlueBell.

Tymax System also wishes to thank the Independent JPEG Group for the use of parts of their library, we are also obliged to give this notice; this software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group.

Using both these libraries ensures a high degree of compatibility for the JPEG and PNG file formats between Applications. This is a good thing for everyone.
